Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This may vary during holidays, restocks, or promotional events. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped via USPS from North Carolina. Tracking numbers are provided for all packages. Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery after shipment.

Shipping Address:

We ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Cost:

Flat rate shipping of $5.95 applies to all orders under $50. Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping during select promotions.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact me within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
